The author began compiling this terrestrial atlas in 1797, using data known at the time, and finally finished in 1817, when it was published . "PARIS: J.G. Very nice pastel colours, and interesting detail, especially the plans of the city of Paris as it was around or before the battle of Waterloo and the Fall of Napoleon.
